If dissatisfied, how would you improve the academy? The overriding feedback is we need additional coaches to cope with demand. Improve the payment system. Coach smaller groups for better coach-to-child ratios. Show more love to the less talented.

Thank you so much for your comments. I think it is so important to listen to members and to have ongoing consultation and constructive dialogue about their child’s progress. FBA is ever-evolving and we are already making positive changes based on your feedback.
