A little depleted through illness and date clashes, the FBA Fam turned up to the Oval to support the nominees and winners of the 2021 Surrey Grassroots Awards.
It was fantastic to see clubs, large and small, from across the County represented but as usual we were glad to bring some diversity and colour to proceedings!
Established less than six months, FBA were hugely proud to have been nominated for two awards and were thrilled to see over 20 of our Members and supported invited to the event.
The final award brought tears to our eyes as the winner Derek Bytheway from Pirbright Club had passed in August of this year. Such a lovely way to be remembered and celebrated.
It was a beautiful day!
